Situated just inside Atlanta's northern border, East Palisades is a unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area along the river's whitewater shoals in Fulton County. Guided by Park Ranger, Matthew Ibbetson, this hike will explore the varied topography, views of the river valley, and of course, some of the 813 native plant and tree species found within the park.
