Meet at the Springvale Park entrance on the corner of Waverly Way and Euclid Ave.

Give Mom quality time and a walk among trees! Invite whomever you celebrate Mother's Day with - mom, dad, grandparent, aunt or your special person. Join Trees Atlanta’s volunteer Jim Abbot as he offers a guided, interpretative tour of Springvale Park (Inman Park) and its wonderful plants, trees, and wildlife on Mother’s Day.  This walk is ideal for families with children of any age. We'll poke around the park's trees and shrubs and hopefully find critters who thrive in urban forests. May we suggest, this walk could be a lovely prelude to lunch in one of the many nearby restaurants? That special someone will think you're the bee's knees for a great day out!

Please wear comfortable, outdoor clothing such as hiking boots and comfortable clothes to be prepared to get close to nature.

Please bring comfortable walking shoes/hiking boots! We might get dirty!
